While we are based in the Los Angeles area, our online platform allows us to work with clients who are located anywhere in the state where we are licensed. This allows us to provide specialized psychodynamic care to individuals who may not have access to this specific type of depth therapy in their local area.

We typically schedule sessions on a weekly basis at a minimum. We believe that meeting at least once a week is essential for building the trust and momentum necessary for deep, insight-oriented work. In some cases, we may decide together that meeting more frequently would be beneficial for your specific goals.

We operate as an out-of-network practice for all services, including online therapy. This allows us to prioritize your care and privacy without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. We can provide you with a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement depending on your specific plan's out-of-network benefits.

We understand that technology can sometimes be unpredictable. If we experience connection issues during a video call, we have protocols in place to switch to a backup method or phone call to ensure our time together is preserved. We will discuss these backup plans during our intake process so we are both prepared.
